Effective April 2, 2020 the City of Los Angeles has banned all open houses and in-person showings by real estate professionals. You should NOT conduct open houses or in-person showings in the City of Los Angeles (or any other area with a similar mandate). Doing so is a violation of law and can result in civil and criminal penalties against you, immediate dismissal from the brokerage, and referral to the Department of Real Estate.  Be safe. Stay home.
