UPDATED: Posting of Pictogram Required for ALL Properties
On May 8, the Department of Public Health issued new industry guidance for real estate transactions. Included in the guidance is the requirement that agents post rules on the property – with pictograms – that must be agreed to as a condition of entry by all people viewing the property.
We are in the process of creating a comprehensive approach that will allow you to comply with all aspects of the new industry guidance. In the meantime, posting both this new form and the PEAD form together at the entrance to a property will assist you in complying in part with the new industry guidance until the comprehensive approach is released.
